Dr. Winskowski serves as the Director of Psychological Services at the Interprofessional Center for Counseling and Legal Services (IPC) at the University of St. Thomas. In her role at the IPC, Dr. Winskowski teaches, supervises, and trains both MA and PsyD students to provide therapy and psychological assessment to underserved populations in the Twin Cities area. In addition to her work at the IPC, Dr. Winskowski serves as a clinical faculty member of the Graduate School of Professional Psychology and teaches courses within the MA program.

Prior to coming to UST in 2020, Dr. Winskowski worked at the Minneapolis VA Medical Center and operated a private practice focused on providing forensic psychological assessments to the courts within the Twin Cities metro area. Dr. Winskowski retains interests in assessment, interprofessional clinical care, forensic psychology, treatment and assessment of PTSD, and components of effective supervision.
