Heather Anderson, assistant director of nursing simulation education and clinical faculty, helps students become stronger nurses through high-fidelity simulation. With years of acute-care practice and simulation leadership, she creates realistic clinical scenarios where students can build skill, judgment, and confidence through realistic clinical scenarios.
Dr. Annette Hines, Executive Director
Dr. Annette Hines brings nearly 40 years of nursing practice and nurse-educator leadership to St. Thomas. Her background spans family nurse practitioner care, ICU and telemetry nursing, outpatient and rural health settings, and clinical education.
She leads the School of Nursing with a focus on whole-person care, innovation in nursing education, and strong support systems that help students thrive in a demanding profession.
